  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1-1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (I used Designs for Health Pure Paleo Powder)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4-5 walnuts (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and process until smooth.
    Serve and enjoy!
