The holidays are almost here, which means you’ll likely have a few upcoming parties or events where this collection of gluten and dairy-free healthy potluck dishes will come in very handy! I’m all about indulging and fully enjoying all sorts of delicious food over the holidays (and in general!), but that doesn’t mean I embrace the bloating and fatigue that often accompanies heavy holiday meals. There are SO many foods that taste absolutely amazing without dragging down my health and energy, and so I much prefer to choose those options whenever possible!
These healthy potluck dishes are examples of what I’d bring along to a holiday party, or make for guests at my own party or get-together! A number of these recipes are from my own blog, but many are featured from other talented bloggers. I hope that you enjoy this compilation, and please let me know your own favourite potluck dishes in the comments section below!

These Pecan Pumpkin Pie Bars are one of my own recipes, and they’re voted as a favourite dessert with my friends and family each year! You’ll love the delectable, rich pumpkin pie filling combined with the thick, chewy crust made from pecans, rolled oats, and coconut. If your house is anything like mine, these tasty bars won’t last long! Especially not if you top them with a healthy scoop of coconut ice cream 😉.
Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
Thank you to Every Last Bite for this healthy version of a traditional casserole! Coconut cream and nutritional yeast provide the delicious, creamy, cheesy flavour you expect from a casserole, and riced celeriac and broccoli florets help you and your friends & family get your recommended daily veggie intake!
Easy Vegan Pasta Salad
This easy pasta salad can be made ahead of time or 20 minutes before you have to run out the door to the potluck! The chickpeas in this recipe are a good source of fibre and protein, the olives and sun-dried tomatoes add some healthy fat, and the spinach ups your daily intake of leafy greens. Thank you to VNutrition for this tasty recipe!

Butternut squash, apples, pecans, currants, and spices are combined to create the perfect fall and winter side dish! It’s also rich in fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats. Thank you to Go Dairy Free for this recipe!

Avocado Deviled Eggs
I grew up with my Grandma making deviled eggs at Christmas, and they were always SO delicious! This recipe is a twist on the classic, with avocado replacing mayonnaise in the filling.
