It’s official…winter has arrived!  It snowed all day in Calgary and it looks like a winter wonderland outside!  After a snowy walk through the forest, I came home with a craving for hot cocoa to warm me up.  I whipped up this dairy-free hot chocolate and it turned out so rich and tasty that I couldn’t wait to share the simple recipe with you!  I suggest that you make yourself a cup of this delicious treat and snuggle up next to the fire with a good book this evening.

  1. Wow. This is the extra chocolatey version! I make a dairy-free hot chocolate that has just 5 ingredients: canned coconut milk, water, cocoa, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon.
