I’m Dr. Kimberley O’Brien, a naturopathic doctor on a mission to help you own your health and live a life you love!

I am a free-spirited, multi-passionate woman who believes in living life to the fullest!  My favourite things in life include swimming in mountain lakes, trekking to new mountain peaks, exploring foreign countries, making a difference in the life and health of my patients, creating delicious meals in my kitchen and sipping tea while reading a great book.

I created Healthy Life Redesign to help you transform your life and health.   Taking care of your body is of utmost importance to have the energy to do all the things that you enjoy in life! Through Healthy Life Redesign I am able to share my naturopathic approach to health and healing with you and others around the world!

As a naturopathic doctor with a passion for cooking delicious whole food meals, I love helping people transform their health through food! I have created an online program that allows you to identify your food sensitivities through seven weeks worth of delicious allergen-free recipes and comprehensive meal plans.  I also work with patients one on one to uncover and treat the underlying causes of their health concerns through my medical practice in Calgary, Alberta.  I love teaching and sharing my knowledge with others and regularly lead workshops on health and wellness in addition to teaching at the “Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine”.

My husband, Michael, helps me with some of the technical aspects of Healthy Life Redesign, DrKimberleyND and the Elimination Diet Meal Plan websites. Outside of our work hours he is also an outdoor enthusiast, world traveler and a diligent recipe tester for all of my kitchen creations 😉
